I began my early career as a chef and have a deep understanding of the importance of nutrition to improve digestion, immunity, mood, sleep and energy. I create simple ways to adjust diet to gain optimal health. The relationship between food, lifestyle and wellness became a passion of mine so I returned to school and received certificates from Harvard in Designing Sustainable Wellness Plans for Individuals, and from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition in Integrative Nutrition Counseling and Wellness. My work with clients helps them discover a plan that fits their individual needs to feel more energized and less stressed with better immunity and sleep.
